Back and Forth with Tucson City Court

So, many of you will recall I mailed an appeal to Tucson City Court regarding a traffic violation. You can read that letter here. They received my appeal and loved it! They wrote me back and after letting their response marinate in my PO box for a couple of weeks, I got right on it. Here's how it went...
